Children’s Ministry and Family
Ministry to children and families is very important to Peace Tabernacle. Children are the future of the Kingdom of God. We desire to involve families in events and highlight children throughout the year.
The Children’s Department strives to raise funds for an annual offering called Save Our Children. This offering helps an orphanage called Tupelo Children’s Mansion, missionary kids, Bible quizzing and scholarships. Any child that raises $100+ is a Kid Krusader.
Leadership
Brant and Carrie Huff lead the Children’s Church team on the first Sunday of the month. They, along with a great team of people create fun events like Vacation Bible School, festivals and musicals.
JUNIOR CAMP…let’s go!
Other fun events include musicals, rallys, and Vacation Bible School. Junior Bible Quizzing is an important division of Children’s Ministry because it connects children with the Word of God in an exciting way. Operation Christmas Child, Teacher Appreciation and See You at the Pole are avenues of outreach that are looked forward to annually.
